Privacy notice

This website does not run a database and does not store your personal information on a server. The booking form simply opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled from what you typed — nothing is saved by the site itself.

When you use the booking form, the details you enter (your name, phone number, preferred service and time, and any message) are assembled into a WhatsApp message on your own device. The information is only sent if you press send in WhatsApp.

Once that message is sent, it is handled within WhatsApp and by the clinic the same way as any message you send us directly. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs the messaging service.

We use the details you send only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your appointment, and provide dental care. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Pages with a map embed content from Google Maps, which may set cookies or collect usage data under Google's own policies. The site does not otherwise use advertising trackers.

You are never required to use the online form — you can phone the clinic instead. If you would like us to delete a conversation or any records we hold about you, simply ask and we will do so where we are not required to keep them for medical or legal reasons.
